Net-Workers complete fully content managed website for the largest provider of specialist care to people with complex epilepsy.
The project was undertaken from initial design, to production of xhtml and finally to programming in ASP.NET.
The site features a content approval system allowing content creators to amend and add content, and section head administrators approve finalised pages. The approval process writes flat html pages to the webserver. This reduces strain on the server as database queries are not made, speeds up page load times and is superior for SEO.
The site also has an online shop featuring a custom basket and checkout process, with transactions through WorldPay. Also included in the management side of the website is a bulk email sending facility.
